What is the best way to consume DFCC?
My personal favorite is warm, whereby you can place in the microwave for 10 secs to warm it up, and serve with your favorite ice cream or fresh berries!
It tastes awesomely fudgy from the fridge so you decide and let me know your favorite way!
How long can I keep it for?
DFCC should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 3 days. Though I will question, as in my house, it is usually gone/"HABIS"/"吃完了" in a day.
Can I freeze it?
It should be able to keep well in the freezer for a month, only if you wrap it well as it will absorb the smell of the freezer. We don't want chocolate cake to smell like stale fish, do we? YUCK
Delivery?
Self collection and deliveries will only be on Fridays.
I will be using Lalamove for my deliveries.
You can opt for your own delivery company like Grab Express, thus just indicate accordingly in the form
Possible vegan option?
I've tried. Egg is used as the leavening agent for the cake to rise, thus without my good friend, Agent E, the cake is too rich, and it will cost more. Though if this is what you're going for, by all means, PM me!
