About Me

The name "Eloominate" is simply a punny way to be the light in the darkness. Yes Elizabeth Loo is short and small, but I know I can do it because I have the Lion of Judah behind me.

I love to eat, so I take care of myself, and others, by feeding them what is nutritionally good for them.

So my bakes are healthier as I add VERY little sugar, no butter or oil.

Cos, I have enough fats in me. 哈哈!
